Greek Burgers

  • .5 t paprika
  • .5 t dried parsley
  • .5 t ground pepper
  • .5 t salt
  • .5 t garlic powder
  • .5 t onion powder
  • 1 T softened butter, optional if using lean meat like turkey
  • 1 lb ground lamb, beef, or turkey
  1. Mix spices together in a bowl.
  2. Blend in softened butter if using.
  3. Add ground meat and mix thoroughly.
  4. Form into patties.
  5. Grill.
