- 64 oz tomato juice
- 6 T fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4 T white vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 1-2 T horseradish
- 1-2 T Louisiana style hot sauce
- 1-2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 t salt
- 1/3 t pepper
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/8 t garlic powder

Margaritas
Makes 2 Margaritas
- Kosher salt
- 2 pieces of fresh lime
- 3 oz Tequilla
- 2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz Cointreau (not Triple Sec)
- 1 oz Rose’s Lime Juice
- Pour some salt into a container wide enough to fit the glasses. A small plate works.
- Wet rim of 2 glasses with lime or a damp paper towel and dip in salt to coat rim.
- Combine Tequilla, lime juice, Cointreau and Rose’s Lime Juice in a cocktail shaker partly filled with ice. Shake well.
- Add some ice to the 2 salt-rimmed glasses.
- Strain Margarita mixture into the 2 glasses.
- Garnish with 2 lime pieces. An orange piece of orange would be nice too.
Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 64 oz Campbell’s tomato juice
- 3 T white vinegar
- 2T fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 1/2 T worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 T Louisiana hot sauce (Crystal, Frank’s or similar)
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/2 t sugar (optional)
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/4 t celery salt
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in large pitcher.
- Mix very well.
- Pour back into tomato juice jar.
- Let flavors blend in for a few hours before serving.
